Scott Fitness 24 Hour Exercise Clubs
No contracts. No sign up fees. No cancellation fees ... Fewer meatheads and hardly any dipshits. Carnicephalus.
Scott Fitness is for people who want an enjoyable place to exercise. We discourage body builders, grunting power lifters and spandex. There are other gyms better suited. Scott Fitness is a Mipple-Free Zone. Scott Fitness reserves the right to deny or cancel memberships. Smoking on the treadmills will no longer be allowed.

Did You Know:
Been a member before?: I will sign you back up over the phone, give you your old ID and push your hand back in our space-age handscanner. Call me at 816.960.0502 to feel the rhythm.
Interested?: If you've never been but might wanna be a member of Scott Fitness just give me a call to schedule an appointment to see the gyms, please call 816.960.0502 to schedule an appointment.
SGPT: We've just added Small Group Personal Training "SGPT" to Scott Fitness. SGPT allows you to pay a lot less for the instruction of a personal trainer in a small supportive group. Look at our class schedule to see what's currently offered and watch for more SGPT sessions to be added in the near future. Be a member, show up, pay the trainer then feel joy.

News & Updates:
Couple Monthly: A couple monthly membership is $60/month. I don't care if you're related or if you even know each other. The payment just has to come off one credit or debit card. You can be two carrots or a bag of marbles and a chair. A couple is any two... well you have to be people I guess. Call me at 816.960.0502 for details.
Jon MacVarish: Looking for an honest and excellent trainer? There's no hyperbole and non nonsense with Jon. I highly recommend him.

Boxing Classes: Very Fancy
There's nothing more terrifying than being beat up by a woman (or man) in a stylish yellow polyester dress complete with matching gloves. Instructors Brighyan, John & Shawn teach boxing every T & Th, 6 to 7:30pm at SF Uptown. 3 instructors equals 3 times the fun punchy punch town goodness. What? ~ John Scott
